Allianz Course Cancellation Insurance protects your family from financial loss in case of illness or accident in a simple, cost-effective, and affordable way.
To add this insurance to your course, simply fill out the online application and pay only 4.5% of the course price.
EXAMPLE OF PREMIUM CALCULATION:
Swimming course costing CHF 270.-
Insurance premium (4.5% of the course cost): CHF 12.15.-
For quarterly subscriptions (12 weeks of classes), we reimburse 50% of the 4.5% insurance cost via Twint.
For semester subscriptions (24 weeks of classes), we reimburse 100% of the insurance fee via Twint.

Missed lessons due to illness or accident are thus provided at a lower cost. Therefore, any absences will not be refunded or made up by the swimming school, even in exceptional cases.
Reimbursement for Missed Classes
If you have subscribed to the cancellation insurance, here are the steps in case of illness or accident:
Send us an email before the missed class at info@swimi.ch, specifying that you have cancellation insurance and that you would like an absence certificate.
Send the absence certificate for the classes + the medical certificate to the following address: https://www.allianz-travel.ch/en_CH/claim.html
You will receive reimbursement for your missed classes.
